Hugo Rodriguez is one of the country's premier trial attorneys specializing in Civil Rights and Federal Criminal Defense. Known nationally and internationally for his expertise in law enforcement techniques and informants, having learned the inside secrets from his twenty years of experience as an FBI agent.
He has given lectures in various regions, including the United States, Europe, Central, and South America. Additionally, the Republic of Colombia has recognized his expertise in Federal Criminal Law and Procedure.
Hugo dedicated his life to justice. He joined the FBI at seventeen during the Vietnam era. With a Bachelor's in Arts and a Master's in Public Administration, he became the FBI’s youngest agent and a Hostage Negotiator by twenty-five. His undercover work involved terrorist groups, drug cartels, purchasing a casino, "Black Bag" capers, and sting operations. He was also the first undercover agent for Federal Murder for Hire investigations and served as Legal Counsel.
Hugo handled many significant cases and employed innovative legal strategies, impacting civil rights law. His advocacy protected numerous individuals' rights, earning him respect in the legal community for his dedication to justice.
